At Grins & Chuckles, every product is thoughtfully designed and made to order. This allows us to reduce waste and focus on quality. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.
Made-to-Order Policy (Important)
All our products are made specifically for each order. As a result, we do not maintain ready stock and do not accept general returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

Change of mind

Incorrect size selection

Color or style preference
This policy applies to both apparel and stationery products.
When We Offer a Replacement or Refund
We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if:

The product arrives damaged

The product has a manufacturing defect

You receive an incorrect item
How to Request Support
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

Clear photos showing the issue

Once verified, we’ll take care of the issue promptly.
In most cases, you will not be required to return the item. Our team will assess the issue based on the information provided.
Product-Specific Notes
Apparel

As apparel is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size or fit preferences.

Please refer carefully to the size chart before placing your order.

Minor variations in color, texture, or print placement may occur as part of the production process and are not considered defects.
Stationery

Stationery items are not eligible for return once delivered, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Minor variations in paper tone or print alignment may occur due to print processes.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:

The amount will be credited back to the original payment method

Processing time is typically 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided production has not yet started.
Once production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
GST & Tax Information

All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Refunds, if issued, will include the applicable tax component.

A GST compliant tax invoice can be shared upon request.
Fair Use Policy
We reserve the right to refuse refunds or replacements if:
