Orders are typically processed and produced within 2-4 business days. Production timelines may vary depending on the product and print partner.

Shipping Timelines (India)
After dispatch, standard delivery typically takes 5-9 business days. Remote locations may take longer.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and can be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, holidays, and other external factors.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout and shown before payment.

Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email and/or SMS.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Delays, Lost Packages & Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, lost in transit, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at grins.chuckles@gmail.com with your order number. We will work with the courier partner to investigate and assist.

International Shipping
At this time, we primarily ship within India. If international shipping is enabled for select products or locations in the future, timelines and duties (if any) will be communicated at checkout.
